Shipping of Orders and Costs

1. The delivery date of each item, which can be consulted on the page of each product, is a forecast for shipping to Mainland Portugal, a forecast based on the normal operation of all entities involved in the dispatch and delivery of the order. All orders are dispatched by PRi with the same speed, however, for reasons beyond the control of PRi, the delivery of these by the Carrier may occasionally experience slight delays;
2. All orders are sent by EMS19 (Mainland Portugal and Islands) or by EMS48 (Islands) from Monday to Friday;
3. Due to their nature and/or dimensions, there are items that will not be available for collection at our facilities. In these cases, the online store will only allow shipping via courier to the indicated address;
4. Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will begin processing on the following business day;
5. Orders sent by EMS19 to Mainland Portugal will be delivered by 7pm the following day (if a working day) after the order has been shipped;
6. When sending the order, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number in order to be able to track your purchase;
7. The tracking of the order through the tracking number delivered will only be possible after 21:00 on the present day;
8. For the sake of environmental sustainability, PRi will send the invoice for your orders via email;
9. If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery, a notice will be left in order to collect the order at the nearest CTT Post Office;
10. In case of delivery problems or questions about the order, you should contact the entity in which you are in possession of your order;
11. When the Customer receives the order, he/she must immediately check the status of the box(es) of the product(s). If they present any anomaly, they must immediately report the situation to PRi, throughfilling of the help form, which can be found in the lower right corner of our website.
